Official Opening of Whampoa CC

Health Minister Gan Kim Yong officially opened the revamped Whampoa Community Club on 26 February 2017. Tsao Foundation’s first ComSA Centre is located on the second and third floor of this CC and serves all elderly residents of Whampoa. Minister Gan referred to ComSA Whampoa centre as “a concrete example of the development of community care infrastructure to support our care transformation efforts – to go beyond healthcare to health, and to extend care beyond hospitals to home”. Read minister’s full speech here.
