Strategic L.E.A.D.

The Civil Service College and Tsao Foundation partnered in 2006 to develop a programme designed for deputy directors, senior assistant directors and assistant directors in the public service. The CSC Strategic L.E.A.D Programme's objective is to gather and impart insights into the ageing situation in Singapore and how it impacts the built environment, transport, housing, income security, health care, employment.

The half-a-day programme includes home visits to the clients of Hua Mei Centre for Successful Ageing for the participants to observe first-hand the issues that elders face every day.
