Clinical Services
Primary Care Clinics
Our Hua Mei Clinic is a one-stop clinic providing comprehensive integrated health and social care to adults aged 40 years and above in the community. We offer doctor consultations, health screening, and immunisations. We also offer support and guidance to caregivers.
Home Care including Palliative Care
Seniors should never be limited in their access to healthcare because leaving home is difficult. Hua Mei Mobile Clinic provides nursing-led, team-based home care for homebound seniors, ensuring they continue to receive timely, holistic care to maintain health, dignity, and quality of life.
Community Care Management Service
Our Hua Mei Community Care Management Service supports frail and at‑risk older persons to age safely at home. Through a person‑centred, team‑led approach, we assess needs holistically and coordinate medical, home‑based, and social support to help older persons and caregivers navigate care with confidence.
TCM Centre
The Hua Mei Acupuncture and TCM Centre offers a complementary approach to health promotion and management alongside western medicine. We treat conditions that have been approved by the World Health Organisation for acupuncture therapy, such as stroke and osteoarthritis. The Clinic also gives herbal consultation in the Chinese tradition.
Counselling and Coaching
At Hua Mei Counselling and Coaching, our team of counsellors are dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering environment for older adults and their caregivers. We understand the unique challenges older adults may face, and our services are designed to help navigate them with greater ease and confidence.
Senior Care Centre
Hua Mei Elder-Centred Programme of Integrated Comprehensive Care, our Senior Care Centre, provides person‑centred, integrated care for older persons with complex needs, supporting them to live well in the community. Delivered through a team‑managed approach, it addresses medical, social, and psycho‑emotional needs. As an integrated care model, the centre sits under both clinical and community & social care.
Community Rehabilitation (coming soon)
Tsao Foundation provides person‑centred active and maintenance rehabilitation to help adults improve function, maintain independence, and enhance quality of life. Through physiotherapy and occupational therapy, we support strength, mobility, and safe participation in daily activities.

Café Kawan
An initiative under Community for Successful Ageing (ComSA), Café Kawan is a welcoming community space for adults aged 40 and above to stay active, learn, and connect. Guided by our “by seniors, for seniors” approach, members take part in and lead informal, peer-driven activities that foster connection, purpose, and community spirit.
