The Tsao Centre for Seniors (Tsao CFS), an initiative of Tsao Foundation, supports seniors to remain meaningfully engaged in work and in life by strengthening pathways to employment, empowerment, and active participation in society. Going beyond programme delivery, Tsao CFS helps build a supportive ecosystem for older workers through employment facilitation, training and skills development, and guidance through later-life work transitions—including flexible and alternative work arrangements that better align with seniors’ health, caregiving responsibilities, and lifestyle preferences. Working closely with employers, government agencies, and community partners, Tsao CFS also plays a convening role in advancing more age-inclusive workplaces and employment practices.
