Your gift brings peace of mind to vulnerable older adults through the An Le Fund (“An Le” means peace of mind). It supports seniors who are frail, home‑bound, or living with limited family and financial support—many over 65 and coping with chronic conditions that often fall through the cracks of public assistance.

Donations open doors to care at the Hua Mei Centre for Successful Ageing (HMCSA) as well as the Community for Successful Ageing (ComSA) Centre @ Whampoa, linking elders to community‑based medical, psycho‑social, and allied health services so they can live safely and confidently at home. As these programmes receive only partial government funding, your support is vital to sustaining care.

If using the “Scan & Pay” on your respective bank (online banking or mobile banking app):

  • Select “Scan & Pay”
  • Scan the QR code below and log in.
  • Enter your desired donation amount.

If you prefer to PayNow to our Unique Entity Number (UEN):

  • After logging in to your bank, click on the PayNow icon.
  • Select “PayNow to UEN” and key in 199302114W768. “Tsao Foundation An Le Fund” will automatically appear if UEN is keyed in correctly.
  • Enter your desired donation amount.

  • All eligible donations will enjoy a tax deduction of 2.5 times the donation value. If you wish to receive a tax-deductible receipt, kindly indicate your Full Name and Full NRIC/FIN/UEN in the reference number field.
  • Please note that a tax-deductible receipt cannot be issued if you do not provide your NRIC/FIN/UEN at the point of donation. Kindly also note that official receipts will not be issued for donations made via PayNow.
