Our Hua Mei Clinic is a one-stop clinic providing comprehensive integrated health and social care to adults aged 40 years and above in the community. We also offer support and guidance to caregivers.

- Immunisations offered under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule
- Nurse assessments, education, and medication management
- Referrals for specialist care, community services and caregiver support
- Medical assessments for Agency for Integrated Care financial assistance schemes, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certification, and advance care planning
