Overview
At Hua Mei Counselling and Coaching, our team of counsellors are dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering environment for older adults and their caregivers. We understand the unique challenges older adults may face, and our services are designed to help navigate them with greater ease and confidence.
Working closely across Tsao Foundation’s clinical and community‑based services, and with external community partners, we integrate psycho-emotional wellness with medical and social support to ensure care is coordinated and holistic.
Our Programme is Designed to
- Create a Safe Space: We offer a confidential and safe environment for older adults and their caregivers to openly discuss their emotions, worries, and concerns without judgment.
- Empower: We help older adults to identify and utilise both their personal strengths and the external support systems available, empowering them to navigate life’s complexities more effectively.
- Enhance Coping Mechanisms: We equip older adults and their caregivers with practical strategies and enhanced coping mechanisms to manage stress, overcome challenges, and improve overall well-being.
- Ensure Easy Access: We are committed to make counselling services readily accessible to those who need them most, ensuring support is just a step away.
