Active Ageing Centre (Care)

Overview

Hua Mei Active Ageing Centre (Care) at ComSA Centre @ Whampoa serves seniors aged 60 and above living in the Whampoa community.

Part of Singapore’s Active Ageing Centres (AACs) network to support older people in ageing well in the community, Care helps older people to stay active and socially connected through programmes that promote physical, mental, and social well-being. Other support services offered include befriending, information and guidance on health and eldercare schemes, care referrals, and basic health monitoring including vital sign checks. For those who need additional medical, psycho and social support, our primary care clinic, senior care centre, and Café Kawan are also conveniently located in Whampoa to provide expert services.

Working in partnership with community stakeholders, Hua Mei Active Ageing Centre offers a range of activities and support services to meet the needs of seniors in the neighbourhood.
