Course Description
(SCTP) Advanced Certificate in Basic Community Care Management is designed for individuals with little or no prior experience who want to make a real difference in the lives of older persons—beyond basic care, towards holistic, person-centred support.
You will gain essential skills in community care, basic nursing practices, risk and red flag identification, case management, and care planning. Through practical, job-relevant modules, you will build a strong understanding of ageing and learn how to support both the physical and emotional well-being of older adults with confidence and compassion.
Whether you are starting out or transitioning into eldercare, this course equips you with the knowledge, skills and purpose to deliver quality, dignified care in the community.

Who Is It For

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 subject passes, including English
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) with at least Level 4 proficiency
