This course equips you with the skills to work effectively within healthcare teams. You will learn the principles of teamwork, the key characteristics of high-performing teams, and how to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. You will also discover how interprofessional collaboration, health informatics, and technology can foster a positive and meaningful work culture.

This course is suitable for you if you are:

  • Healthcare and geriatric care professionals working with older adults, including nurses, doctors, geriatricians, allied health professionals, and social workers
  • Team leaders and managers in healthcare or community care settings
