Having these conversations and making plans can bring peace of mind to you and your family, especially during medical crises or if you lose mental capacity. This course will provide a platform to discuss financial planning, Advance Care Planning (ACP), Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), and Advance Medical Directives (AMD), and how these will impact your future decisions and those of your loved ones.
