This course is designed for eldercare frontline staff working in the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector. Establishing strong relationships and providing emotional support are essential components of quality care for older adults. To deliver person-centred and compassionate care, eldercare staff need to be equipped with fundamental counselling skills that enable them to recognise and address the emotional needs of the older persons they serve.

Prevailing course fee subsidy at 90% for Singaporeans/PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible CCOs.
