Susana Harding is Senior Director of the International Longevity Centre Singapore at Tsao Foundation, leading initiatives that advance positive ageing, social inclusion, and policy advocacy. With more than two decades of experience in the ageing sector across Singapore and the region, she has been instrumental in creating platforms that enable older adults to contribute actively to their communities and shape conversations on longevity. 

 Before joining Tsao Foundation in 2002, Susana gained over 10 years of experience in community development, business development consulting, environmental impact assessments, and programme monitoring and evaluation across the Philippines and the ASEAN region. Her work has focused on strengthening communities, fostering partnerships, and advancing social development initiatives. 

 Beyond her role at the Foundation, she serves as Co-President of the International Longevity Centre Global Alliance, Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Flinders University, Associate Faculty in the Master of Gerontology programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and Council Member of Gerontological Society Singapore. 

 Susana holds a Master of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Cum Laude) from the University of Santo Tomas. Her work continues to advance age-inclusive societies where longer lives are supported with purpose, dignity, and opportunity.
