Quey Lim Chong is the Director of Technology at Tsao Foundation where he leads the Digital, AI and Data technologies strategy. He plays a key role in bringing forth responsible AI capabilities and cyber security to the Foundation. He engineers the convergence of emerging AI domains with data ecosystem across the spectrum of social and care programs, advancing Foundation’s mission of enabling healthy and meaningful longevity.
Quey Lim has held senior leadership positions across the public and private sectors, including serving as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Group Director (Cybersecurity & Technology) at the Central Provident Fund Board. He was awarded Public Service Administrative Medal (Silver) by the President of the Republic of Singapore.
Quey Lim holds a Master of Data Science from RMIT University, a Master of Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Master of Computer and Information Science from the National University of Singapore.
