Over a decade ago, Leong Ying began her journey with us as a Senior Counsellor, supporting clients and families through complex and challenging moments. She was later seconded to head the Community Care Management Service, and is now Assistant Director, Care Management, as part of the Clinical Leadership Team. With a strong passion for community care and systemic work, Leong Ying continues to shape how care is coordinated, delivered and sustained in the community — reflecting a career rooted in purpose, growth and a deep commitment to strengthening the systems of care that support clients, caregivers and families.
