Video message from Dr John Beard, Director for Life Course and Ageing Department, World Health Organization, at the ComSA Forum 2017 on Friday, 18 August. Watch here.
One of the aims of the Hua Mei Training Academy is to empower every person with the skills and knowledge to take care of their own and other’s health and social wellbeing, so that they can live fuller, healthier lives well into their old age, and reach the potential of their longevity.
Such training also promotes inter-generational solidarity, especially in such areas as caregiving and dementia care, where the skills to provide care for another person while not neglecting oneself, can make it more of a joy and less of a burden.
In the area of public education, interested persons can register for confirmed events, or make a request for the training that we will consider fulfilling when there is enough of a critical number of participants.
